About In Her Hands

In Her Hands™ is a faith-rooted, woman-led wellness business founded by Allison Littleton—a mother of 18 children, a grandmother, and a devoted wife.

The idea came to her not in a boardroom, but in prayer.

Born from lived experience

After seasons of stress, hormonal imbalance, and emotional depletion without the tools or support she needed, Allison felt called to create what she could not find: natural, faith-aligned wellness solutions for women navigating perimenopause, motherhood, and the weight of everyday life.

She began without a team, a storefront, or funding. What she had was a vision strong enough to keep her up at night and move her forward with purpose.

Our mission

In Her Hands is more than a business. It is a mission to help women, especially Black women, reclaim their wellness, their worth, and their legacy. Faith is our foundation; women’s lived experiences are at the center of our work.
